Spotless reasonably priced hotel, the stay was very nice. Stylish and great-sized units with extra bed, shower plus modern ‘ pod' style.

The restaurant was clean with a decent breakfast and a lovely bar area that also served food doubling as a restaurant, I tried appetising dishes. All the staff were hard-working, competent. Its perfect, central location was a plus.

The setting was marvellous and lovely, short walk to Crowne Plaza, the nearby amazing shopping area and the town centre. The food provided was fantastic. The staff was incredibly nice and very pleasant, so I would stay here again.

The rooms - functional, nice modern with extra bed and the bar plus decaff tea. Particularly good and perfect location, within easy walking distance of Festival Place Shopping Centre.

The place was fairly clean with a lovely design and amazingly nice and very pleasant staff. Appreciated fashionable and contemporary twin room with modern features, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The hotel's location was STUNNING, very close to Crowne Plaza as well as the town center. We saw The Anvil, that's just a short walk away from the venue.
Although everything was very easy, some of the staff were very unwelcoming.

That the air conditioning in the room was set quite low, making it a bit too cold. However, when I asked the staff to adjust it, they explained that they needed to keep it on for their comfort.
